For over 65 years, Cosco Home and Office Products continues to lead the industry as the largest manufacturer of folding furniture, step stools and ladders. From the beginning, with the production of a tin match box, Cosco has introduced and produced innovative products with tremendous value and quality that stand the test of time.   Cosco takes great care in the design and testing and remains "recall-free".

Where it all started...

Cosco was founded in 1939 as the Columbus Specialty Company with the invention of a tin matchbox that dispensed new matches while providing a place for used ones. In 1941, we introduced patented all-metal kitchen stools; the first full line of household stools manufactured by one company. But of course, we didn't stop there.

Folding Furniture
Today, Cosco Home and Office Products provides a successful and highly innovative folding furniture line with premium molded tables and chairs as well as tables and chairs available in wood, steel, or a mixture of both.  In addition, the furniture line offers decorative furniture from childhood to senior years. Our business has continued to grow with the fashion trends within the industry.



Decorative Furniture
This new furniture line was created to accommodate your lifestyle from home to home and throughout life's various events.  That's why we have created furniture solutions that give you the opportunity to easily, quickly and affordably beautify your home.  Cosco Home & Office Products works with world class designers to assure our decorative furniture is of the highest style and quality.  



Commercial
Cosco provides a successful and highly innovative office furniture line, including the Samsonite® brand name, with premium molded tables and chairs as well as tables and chairs available in wood, steel, or a mixture of both.  The Samsonite® line of furniture is available in the commercial office furniture industry and is not available through retail outlets.

  

Step Stools and Ladders
Our line of household stools has only continued to grow, as we are now the world's largest diversified manufacturer of step stools and ladders. Never satisfied, we continue to create new products with innovative design, with the various materials of fiberglass, steel, plastic and aluminum and improved ways to fold, store, or carry.



Outdoor and Garage
Truck ramps and hand trucks. Also in the process of being developed to continue to grow our product line are garage organization items.

  

Ability Care
Cosco introduced a new line of health care mobility and bath accessories in October 2004. The line includes scooters, walkers and rollators, canes, wheel chairs, and bath accessories.  Ability Care Essentials are attractive, quality products designed to continue your quality of life at home.
